The International Residence Team would like to invite you all to join us for our Spring Fling event this coming Sunday, April 6th from 1:30-4:30 pm. There will be vendor booths set up for everyone to shop at, along with stations to get your own balloon animal made and your face painted as well! We will also be providing food, drinks, and ice cream for everyone to enjoy in the Leasing Office during the entire course of these events.
The scheduled times for these events/artists are as follows:
Vendors: 1:30-4:00 pm
Balloon Animals: 2:00-3:00 pm
Face Painting: 2:00-4:00 pm
Make sure to take note of the times for these events so you don’t miss out on anything! We cannot wait to celebrate the start of spring with everyone and we hope to see you all on Sunday, April 6th at 1:30!

This notice is to advise you that we are still conducting parking lot repairs in our community from today, January 30 through Monday, February 3.
We ask that if you see broken concrete near your parking space, please relocate your vehicle during the hours of 8:30 am and 7:00 pm so that your vehicle will not be blocked in. Once the concrete is poured, you will not be able to move your car until it has dried.
We will work closely with all our residents and vendors to make sure all is communicated accordingly and all improvements are completed promptly.

On Wednesday, November 20th from 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm, come join us in celebrating the holiday and giving back to those who are less fortunate!
We will be hosting a canned food drive to give to the Capital City Food Bank and providing one dinner plate in exchange for two canned foods or two boxed foods.

The National Weather Service has posted Freeze Warnings beginning at 11:00 pm tonight through 10:00 am tomorrow morning.
Because of severe freezing weather, water pipes in our apartment community may freeze and burst if all of us do not take immediate action. Please run both hot and cold water at a pencil-lead size stream on the following faucets in your apartment home: kitchen sink, bathroom lavatories, bath tubs, showers, wet bar sinks. Don’t forget to make sure drains are open and draining.
The damage from frozen pipes can be substantial. If the pipes in your apartment freeze and burst, water may damage your clothes, furniture, stereos, TV and other property such as the carpet, walls and ceilings.
Contact the office immediately with any emergency requests concerning burst pipes.

Winter Coat Exchange
Bring in a coat to exchange it for one that fits. Adults and children sizes. Drop off and pick up will be at the leasing office.
Canned Food Drive
We will be collecting boxed and canned food for the less fortunate this holiday season. Please bring donations to the leasing office where they will be collected.
Thanksgiving Dinner on Wednesday, November 20
We will be providing turkey plates in exchange for 2 cans or 2 boxed foods for donations. 2 cans per plate, tickets will be provided at the office.

Thank you for helping to keep stairways, breezeways, and our community clean.
We recently completed a resident satisfaction survey program with SatisFacts Research, a national resident satisfaction research company that supports the apartment industry; they survey hundreds of thousands of apartment residents nationwide each year. We want to thank each of you who completed the survey for sharing your input. This input is critical to us because our goal is to do everything possible to make sure that you are satisfied as a resident at our community. We take your feedback very seriously and want to share the outcome of the results.
Customer service is a daily journey and we embrace the need for continued improvement. There were some areas that the survey results indicated we needed to focus more attention on. We really appreciate your candor. Only by knowing where we are not meeting your expectations can we attempt to address the issues involved. Again, thank you for helping to bring these issues to light. The following are those areas that we will be focusing attention on:
1. Maintenance – How quickly your apartment home maintenance requests are handled.
Our team will be working diligently to meet the goal that we complete your maintenance request within a 24-72 hour time frame.
2. Maintenance – Request completed right the first time that your request is submitted.
Our team has reviewed the importance of completing your request right the first time in order to prevent any inconveniences to our residents.
3. Office Staff – Availability
Beginning September 2, 2013 our office will be open until 6:00 pm.
4. Office Staff – Promptness of response to call/emails
With our best effort our office team will try to return all phone calls/emails within 2 hours.
5. Entire Staff – Building walks preformed 3 times a week will be completed.
Property walks will be completed three times a week randomly for each building. These walks will allow is to ensure that trash is not being left outside of apartment homes for any amount of time, pet waste is being picked up and appearance and the condition of the community is meeting your expectations.
Lastly, if not done already, we will be contacting those of you who completed the survey and shared feedback on personal items that needed attention. If you provided such feedback but chose to complete the survey anonymously, please contact us directly if you wish for us to follow up on any issues.
In closing, thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts. We will work very hard to make sure we are exceeding your expectations.
